A small kitchen with big appetite
Cozy Kitchen started as a shared folder of family recipes. Over time it turned into this online cookbook – a place where simple home cooking, clear instructions and a bit of warmth live together.
Why we built Cozy Kitchen
We cook on busy weeknights, in tiny apartments, with normal supermarket ingredients. When we looked for recipes online, we often found long stories, heavy pages and vague instructions. So we decided to build something we would actually like to use.
Cozy Kitchen focuses on clear timings, realistic difficulty and step‑by‑step photos whenever possible. Every recipe is tested in a home kitchen – if we can't make it after work, it usually doesn't make it into the library.
What you can expect here
- Recipes that try to balance comfort and a bit of nutrition, not extremes.
- Ingredients you can find in most supermarkets, with simple swaps when possible.
- Honest difficulty labels and total time so you know what you are getting into.
- Small practical notes – when to taste, what can be prepared ahead, how to fix common mistakes.
The goal is not to impress professional chefs. We simply want to help more people feel that cooking at home is manageable and even a little enjoyable after a long day.
Have a recipe with a story?
Many of our favorite dishes came from readers' kitchens. If you have a family classic or a weeknight life‑saver, we would be glad to hear from you.
